in “Stories and travels through the classic Neapolitan song from the 19th to the 20th century” Four musicians, mandolin, guitar, bass/cello, clarinet/sax + male voice, plus a special guest (female voice), will transport you into the magical world of Neapolitan song, the best known in the world, in a “heavenly” atmosphere of a former church of the 18th century, today the temple of Neapolitan song. The church/theater is located in the center of Naples, near the Maschio Angioino, Galleria Umberto I, Teatro San Carlo, Piazza del Plebiscito. A show of about 90 minutes of the most beautiful Neapolitan melodies, accompanied by excellent musicians with arrangements and sounds that will involve the spectator. The show will be surrounded by graphic images that will reinforce the performance of songs such as: 'O SOLE MIO, TORNA A SURRIENTO, FUNICULI' FUNICULA', VOCE 'E NOTTE, MALAFEMMENA, MANDULINATA 'A NAPULE, TU 'VUO 'FA L'AMERICANO; just to name a few. There will be moments of funny stories and anecdotes by the poets and composers of the 19th and 20th century. The spectator will be the protagonist of our concert, will be involved and dragged to sing. Our motto is: Good music and lots of fun!!
